Beacon of Hope 5K Run/Walk 2009

Over 200 runners joined us on the Virginia Beach oceanfront for a scenic run/walk along the boardwalk. Special thanks to the Old Coast Guard Station for their gracious hospitality, and to Tidewater Striders for their organizational support. This year INAL handed out Tech shirts to the first 200 participants. We also hosted the 1 mile memory walk, allowing those who have lost a loved one to suicide to honor their memory, and support prevention efforts in our community. We are thrilled that this event grows each year.
